please join jen burk for a luxurious 'women-only' retreat on the beautiful white sand beaches of maya tulum, where we'll spend a magical week doing yoga and relaxing together beside the crystal clear blue waters of the caribbean sea!!!

twice daily yoga classes will allow us to dive deeply into our practice while leaving plenty of time to explore local culture; connect with an amazing community of women; enjoy the fabulous spa amenities at maya tulum; and to simply rest and relax.

this retreat is a mindful alternative to the usual rush and hustle of the pre-holiday season and will be a perfect opportunity to pause and reflect, to practice gratitude for our many blessings and to set clear intentions for the new year ahead.

important note: while this is a 'women-only' retreat, participants are welcome to bring non-particpant
'guests' (spouses, partners, children, etc.) who, while not participating in the work of the retreat itself,
will be encouraged to join in free-time activities such as some meals, day trip excursions, etc. however,
all yoga, meditation and 'circling' sessions will be held privately for retreat participants only.
